I have some queries

  1. How to write music. the Tunes which are infront of musician in the form of text, What is it called. Where it is taught how to read and write that text ?

2 Are the tunes same around the world and on different musical instrument. i.e A tune for guitar and piano will be written same or different ?

3 The western music has same raags as eastern music or different?
