I basically need to do a big shop to stock up on meat, tinned items e.g. chickpeas, pulses etc and heat bigger towns have good food offers in desi stores. If you live in Brum or Manchester can you recommend me some places to do my big pre-ramadan stock up please???

yes in manchester there is Worldwide store on Wilmslow road .. and there is also APNA store in Longsight if you ask anyone there they will guide you , its in a little street but is a big one from inside ... and there is another one called AHMED brothers , its right behind the stockport road ... i will find the address and share the link in a bit ...
