lots of great makeup artist in Dallas but they are already booked up last week of July lol, I know this because my sister is also getting married the last week of July 
Your best bet will be regular American salons for hair, some will offer makeup as well or you can always hit up MAC and get your makeup done there by buying $50 worth of product I believe. If you want to PM me where you’ll be staying I can maybe suggest some salons close by
