those of u who are teaching their kids, now between 1 - 5 years of age, kindly please share the book series or titles.
are there any that are based in fiction, but have moral stories for kids.
& any on cultural diversity.

there's this book called 'we all sing with the same voice'
it's really good for the ages that you were asking about.
talks about the different cultues in the world, and there's a cute little song that goes along with it.
and then of course, there's always dr.seuss's books like green eggs and ham :p

I have 'goodwords books'....islamic/quranic stories....n we love these....
other than that....i keep buying books from Amazon...like 'the little book of good manners' etc.
Then we have that 'eye wonder' series....which really is good for curious kids....but perhaps a little older than 5. My 5 years old loves to read anything he can get his hands on....but specially likes small paperbacks which r funny n easy to read for young readers.
My older one (7) is more on the non-fiction side....he loves Usborne Pocket scientist...books about weather...then his 'hands on science series'...and books abt. planets, stars and the like.
The youngest in our family is 3....she loves 'stories n fun for the younger one' ....a book she chose herself...n likes us to read it to her like everyday....
Basically, i check the books on amazon...read synopsis...check consumer feedback n buy the book if i like. And yes i like the books with some morals.... .So I've got plenty that way....n our library is continuously expanding.
