Re: Any good Burger Recipes??
In pakistan they sell these long burgers for 15/20 Rs on those stalls outside shopping areas......and they are the most delicious burgers i have ever had.
the burgers are long in shape...they have shaami kabab, omlette, onions and ketchup.
Re: Any good Burger Recipes??
I just use ground beef and spice it the way I would kachay qeemay ke kabab.

thats what I usually do too, but I dont want my burgers to taste like kababs :( I like real burgers.

I wanted exactly what you are looking for, so I went online to find something.
Here is what I found: Now I dont have exact quantities cause I always just eyeball stuff in cooking.
So I had 1lb keema, in that I added 1/2 onion made into a paste (I put it in the grinder and made a paste out of it), garlic powder (about 1/2 tsp), paprika (1tsp), Worcestershire sauce (about 1 tbp, maybe a little more), salt to taste, black pepper, and fresh coriander cup up thinly, 1 egg (mix it really well in to the mixture), and about 1tsp of flour to hold everything together.
My bhabi makes really good burgers, here is her recipe:
My burger receipe.. I kinda just chop a bunch of things finely.. for about 2 pounds of beef
1 large spanish onion shop it up nice and small..
1 bunch of cilantro.. not parsely
salt and pepper
club house spicy mesquiet
ketchup 1 or 2 big squirts
and 1 egg
and bread crumbs just enough for the patty to stick together
mix it all up together real good
my friend told me this trick..
once you get the meat mixed up, put a tiny patty about 1 tsp worth of meat and fry it up.. then taste it.. that way you know if it is good! I usually end up adding more ketchup
I hope your burgers come out good!
Re: Any good Burger Recipes??
