I have to do this assignment for my finance project and for it I need to make a budget of a 100 room hotel ??
How can I start it I am really bad at it
Is there any one who can really show me the way to do the things ?

I assume you mean budget to BUILD a 100 room hotel.
This seems to fall within a construction company's scope of work. My non expert stab at this problem.
Scope out the layout - how many floors? Let us say 4. So 25 room ls to a floor. 12.on each side of a corridor.
What is size of each room. Say it is 25 ft x 25 ft. So 25 times 12 or 300 ft. So assume 350 ft long. And 25 plus 25 plus width of corrodoor plus some more or say 90 ft wide. Or 100 ft.
Area 300 x 100 or 30000 Sq ft.
Calculate land price. Let us assume 5 dollars per Sq ft. So 150000 dollars.
Say 100 rooms same as 30 houses. At 150000 each.
4.5 million dollars. (Includes permitting etc)
Total budget
4.65 million dolllars

All numbers are guesstimates. The approach should be a non zero start. That is
1).Estimate land need.
1a. Get land price dollars per.square foot.
1b. Land times unit price.
2).Estimate permitting and construction costs for the building housing 100 roomzs.
3..Add 1b and 2.
4. You will now get 1 out of 100
