Hi, i have a similar problem, and instead of having hayfever tablets everyday, you can try horseradish tablets.

Love the netipot, it’s a staple in our household!
Also, try local honey. By local, I mean honey that is farmed in your specific area. One teaspoon a night. The theory behind this is that the honey contains your local pollen, which for some reason acts as anti allergy. It sounds weird, but it really works! My sons allergies have greatly diminished, and he no longer takes Zyrtec or Allegra as regularly as he used to. I give him one teaspoon of local honey I buy at a farmers market, and use the netipot…

a few family members have this issue... and one of them is on vtimain D tablets (on recommendation from the doc) for hayfever.... may want to ask your doc?

haha…I remember mamaof3 recommending it to me for sinus infection. I never dared trying it.

recently, in the U.S., a couple of people died as a result of Netipot use...they both got brain infection. i suppose one must use distilled water as opposed to using tap water. users must be careful.
