Okay now try this :
Breakfast :
01 Brown bread Sandwich (not white bread) followed by a small cup of tea with light sugar and non-fat/low-fat milk.
Lunch :
1/2 Chapatis + Dal/Sabzi/Any other companion meal + lots of green salads (should account 30% of the total meal)
Dinner :
1 Chapati + Dal/Sabzi/Any other companion meal + lots of green salads (should account 50% of the total meal)
Whatever we eat is transfered to energy by our metabolism. We get energy from Carbohydrates then Proptein and then Fat i.e Fat is used by the body when the carbohydrates and protein sources become empty. Fat is kinda reserve energy which is stored by the body and if this energy is not used for the long time then we suffer from lot of diseases, so we must be fat free to remain healthy and fine.
Before you start loosing fat, you must understand what kind of fat you have :
Understanding the fat : Fat is stored by the body whenever calorie intake overpass the calorie spend ratio, this fat is of two type : 1. Saturated fat and 2. Unsaturated fat. Saturated Fat is hardest to remove from the body and usually takes a lot of hard work to get burn. Saturated fat is found in Desi Ghee/ Butter / Red Meat / Full Cream Milk / High Sugar Sweets.....SO WE MUST AVOID them in any curxumstance. On the other hand unsaturated fat is the mild version of fat, we can burn it by a little but consitent hard work. Non-Saturated fat is found in Vegitable Oils / Cooking oils, low fat/non-fat milk etc.
Now you need to ask yourself what kind of food you've eaten up in the past and should categorise yourself then. Follow the below mentioned tips for faster results :
1.** Dont sleep right after dinner** : Sleeping right after dinner slows metabolism and causes slow digestion which ultimately results stomach disorders.
2. Never drink cold water right after a major meal : Drinking cold water right after a major meal disturbs the digestion process because our metabolism uses HCL (Hydro Chloric Acid) to digest the food and HCL is hot and very strong acid. Wheven we eat anything, HCL becomes active and starts breaking the food molecules and drinking cold water / drink right after the meal, cools the HCL due to which it couldnt do its job properly and drinking cold water regularly may permantly damage the nature of this acid which could result long term stomach disorders.
3. Dont sleep too late : Our metabolism is most active during early morning and it becomes dull as the day passes and sleeping late at night doesnt allow metabolism to get enough rest. Sleeping till late morning is bad too, it causes malfunctioning in Immunity System. We should sleep by 9-10 PM and should wake up by 5-6 AM .
4. Have a 'fast' once in every 2 weeks : Fasting is the best gift we can give to our stomach. Fasting for a day not only give good rest to metabolism but also allows metabolism to fix any digestion or stomach related problems.
It depends on how much weight you want to loose and how much really are you willing to go to achive your aim. Only reducing meals can not bring weight loss but improving lifestyles and eating habits combined with balanced diet and excercies will definately bring the best out of you.
