Any body knows Karate ?

please listen !

I want to learn karate ? can body teach me.

I want to become like a Bruce lee or Van damme.

I am tired of being a Mullah in demark.

Thanks in advance if some one teach me karate…

Hey you can still be a scholor of Islam AND know Karate.

I know Karate. Tae Kwon Do, actually. I’m a black belt with one degree. I don’t do it anymore though. My parents made me take karate lessons for “self defense” . i pretty much forgot everything lol.

hey! thats very good. please tell me what are the excercises of karate. how can I raise my kick high. how to make full stretch ?? what are the rules of karate ??

i did kickboxing and another one which i cant remember the name off....only had a few lessons, got bored and stopped.....
