hey NW…u know when i used to live there..sometimes I would walk in the corniche after mid-night…I would sit there and watch all the bikers and their stunts…was too cooooooooooooollllllllllllllllllllll…I loved it

no bike currently, liked older bikes in the 90s and had a norton and a triumph/bsa for some time, and sold for college expenses. currently banned from having a bike by family :) no one knew it then because i was on my own fully :D

love the Honda Rune, and holding myself back from getting it.

family view really differs…as far as the heads are concerned they’d rather have us ride bicycles:hinna: or walk:D
as for the rest of us, we’re divided between bikes and cars…but well am passionate about it:wub: Insha’Allah i wanna be a professional biker:blush:

depends on what triumphs you are talking about, the sports bikes or the old cruisers, i like the sportbikes but was into the old triumph cruisers. actually was more of a BSA but the model was badged as triumph or BSA depending on where you were. mine had parts from both badges.

I’m an avid biker … it’s tough here in the UK but it’s awesome all the same.
In Pakistan i started on a Yamaha monkey bike when i was 12ish… then had my first real bike at 14 it was a red honda cg125.

Then had a Suzuki 550, a Gaz Gaz… 50cc… and then i got my 450 Honda rebel which i still have over there and my brothers use now and then.

Here in the UK i picked up an old run down and rare Honda nighthawk cb750 for the tidy sum of 750 pounds an excellent investment at one pound per cc

I spent some time at the University of Harley Davidson… two years actually it was at the same place as my college so it was nice to be working on bikes and cars in one place.

Now i’ve got a custom bike of my own… it’s basically a Honda 900 fireblade engine… but it’s powering a chopper based on a Victory 8 ball tourer and an Indian motorcylcle… but it’s a jap at heart even though it looks American.

Okay i’m gonna shut up now… but if ya wanna talk more about bikes i’d gladly do so just pm me or i’ll hit the automotive thread area :k:

It’s time we had some more bikers there.
