Here’s what I have gathered so far, people state that S class made from 2000-2006 are lacking in quality and can require frequent repairs. 2007-Current fare better. One owner went as far as to say “Find a good W140 1991-1999 because they were like Tanks or go for a Lexus LS430/LS460” instead.
How true of an assessment is that?
