I can’t believe my eyes! How can a cricket ball swing THAT much.
Anyhow, I read some criticism of this guy that he had only one wicket taking delivery and that he could swing the ball only one way. To those people I say this: when compared with whom? Bowlers who have no wicket taking deliveries? Or bowlers that can’t swing the ball either way?
Groom him, feed him some beef, and hopefully in a couple of years we should see him harrassing batsmen all over the world.
Imran Khan used to take all his wickets on inswinger and he is still a kid ......come good ....Also the other guy lefty bowler .he has great chance as he is swinging both way very much like Wasim Akram
Really, mashAllah this guy got some talent. Hope Pak can groom him well and then use him in the international arena and inshAllah he will keep wreaking havoc on the opposition batsmen. After watching the video, the tears of joy came to my eyes. Pak Green color was flying all over the ground.
Umer
He need to take care of his back as well.. he puts lots of strain on his back while bowling.. which is normal for young bowlers as they are usually trying hard to prove their worth.. but seniors have to talk to him and tell him what is good for him in the long run :)
I dont know how "Handy-man" waqar will be, only time will tell that :D passing on your art to someone is a different thing and making them execute it its a different story altogether.
Although as a batsman I got to say that it was poor batting on part of the Indians. I mean the ball is swinging in consistently (and thats the keyword consistently) so all a batsman has got to do to counter the swing is to bat on either off or middle stump, get your pad outside the line of off stump and never I mean never let the ball go.
I also was wondering if he can bowl the outswinger does anybody know?
