Hi,
My 2.5 year old is sick having ear infection, she has to take Antibiotic but whenever I gave her dose she vomit it out, so how can I manage it or I can give antibiotic in milk or jiuce.

Hmmmm, don't make a big deal out of it. Just casually go sit with her and let her sip it but by bit...maybe while watching TV.
She don't take medication from last night every time half of the medication is spill out and remaining came out in the form of vomiting, so my doc told me to mix in juice or in food, let give a try Insha-Allah it will help.

The only thing with mixing is that make sure you give it to her when she is really hungry so she doesn't waste the food.

If worse comes to worst and she cant hold the meds down, call your doc again. They can give her suppository meds or IV meds. If they NEED it, you have to get it into them yeah?

My son threw up a lot with antibiotics as well. I think the taste grossed him out...and indeed it tasted NASTY. I tried to give him water immediately after the dose to get that taste out of his mouth. Try giving baby applesauce/toast...something simple that is easy to digest so they can keep it down. I also boiled the milk and cooled it before giving the bottle...dunno my mom suggested i boil it with alaichi (cardamom)...it seemed to help a little.

heres a helpful tip thats worked for me....mix the nasty medicine into a spoonful of pudding or something tasty - ONE spoonful with the whole dose in it. Scoop it in and right away, take a sugar-coated pacifier and stick it in their mouth. HAPPY baby lol!
To coat the pacifier, run it under cold water then dip it into a bowl of sugar.
INshallah, before you know it, baby will BEG for more medicine lool!

Just a sideline on this thread.
If you take any type of antibiotics you should be aware that it destroys even the "good/friendly" bacteria in your gut. That is why stomach upsets occur when you on antibiotics. Replenish the good bacteria by taking of probiotic supplement or eating live yoghurt.
Also take care not to get your kids too used to antibiotics as this makes their immune system lazy.
