So here’s a question that’s probably not new…do you use either or both?
If you do then here’s some info that you might want to consider:
I can almost hear the cries now, “But antiperspirant keeps you all nice and fresh and dry!” Yes that may be but why do we sweat in the first place? To keep cool and to get rid of toxins. It’s a natural body process that shouldn’t be hampered…
To summarize, applying antiperspirant is very harmful to your body because it prevents the release of toxins, and keeps your body from utilizing its natural built in air conditioner.
Could it be possible… that the reason humans have such smelly armpits… is actually because we use so much anti-perspirant?..
…anti-perspirant blocks the naturally produced sweat and prevents those toxins from being released. After weeks of application of anti-perspirant, there is a lot of toxin built up under the armpit. and as soon as you forget to apply deoderant- all those nasty toxins that had been building up for however long you applied AP deodorant- are suddenly free to be released… and it comes out smelling so awful- that we get self conscious about it… and what do we do? Apply more A-P deodorant!
When we first reported on his work, Dr. McGrath had published peer-reviewed research in which he investigated a group of women with breast cancer. He found that the sooner they began using antiperspirants in their youth, the more frequently they used them, and the more frequently they shaved under their arms; the earlier they were diagnosed with breast cancer. The possible culprit, said Dr. McGrath, is the metal aluminum: the ingredient in antiperspirants that stops sweating.

Remember the body has a natural need to cool itself and discard toxins through the pores, if you prevent that from happening in one place it will increase sweat production in other parts…

Re: Anti-Perspirant and/or Deodorant
There could be more natural-based alternatives in deodorants...that can be looked into.
