there is a huge difference between making cartoon of a PM and making fun of a nation’s flag by disfiguring it. A PM who is merely a person, a politician, who’s cartoons are made and published almost on daily basis in their own countries. while a Flag, is a symbol of the whole nation, humiliating a flag means humiliating a nation.

A PM is who the people choose to represent them. For an outsider to mock the PM is to mock the people.
