I'm not sure what dark matter is, or even the actual definition of anti matter. The positron is the anti-matter counterpart of an electron. It has the same mass and magnitude of charge (but opposite charge). When matter and anti-matter come into contact, it results in gamma radiation with both particles(matter/anti-matter) being destroyed. At least this is what I remember.

A black hole is the collapsed remains of a "dead" star, which has a gravitational pull and nothing within its event horizon can escape, not even light.

A worm hole on the other hand, according the theory that I remember hearing, is like a straight line between 2 points, where the points in space are in the form of something similar to a sine wave.
