I don't know what is so hard for people to understand. She lied and got asylum under a false application. In majority of other countries, she would be deported. What sort of example and citizenship precedent would be in place if they let her stay knowing she lied to get asylum? If she really wanted to be a Dutch citizen that badly, she could have gone through the process without lying, although it would have taken longer, but she chose to go through with it the illegal way.
It's as simple as that guys. Don't try and turn this into something else.
mercenary2k, you should do a search for threads relating to Van Gough's murder. Not everybody was in favour of his murder and the manner in which he was killed.

I understand why someone would try to equate two different circumstances. Ramadan is not allowed to enter France either. The CIA and the French intelligence confirm his connections with known terrorists, he publically denies 9/11 and the London bombings. He calls the Bali bombings interventions and supports Hamas and Islamic Jihad. In short, he aids and abets terrorists and terrorist causes. That is why he is not allowed in the US.
Now, this lady is not a terrorist. She does not support killing. She does not justify terrorism. She simply spoke out against what she considered to be wrong. That is why there was a witch hunt against her.

Murder of innocent muslim civilians absolutley not. Civilians whether they are hindu, jewish, american, chrisitian, killing of unarmed civilians is a crime.
As for USA and Israel, since they target terrorists who hide behind civilians, some civilians get killed in the process. Its sad but blame falls on the terrorists who hide behind them and putting them in danger in the first place.
The insurgents in iraq or the terrorists in palestine delibaretley target innocent israeli and iraqi civlians. That is a crime, a brutal terrorist acts, for which there is no justification

Saw her on tv while she was giving her pressconference.. She was close to breaking down in tears. What is really annoying me is that a lot of people have entered Holland or any other European country for that matter with a false name. They didn’t get to stay here for such a long time.
