WOW this shampoo did wonders for my scalp, it said use weekly and ever since the first time i used it and haven’t used it for 3 weeks now, my dander problems are obsolete. Those who suffer from dry scalp, psoriasis and fungus that causes dandruff in winter time. Try it out, its definately better than the rest of those anti dandruff shampoos out there.
I’ve been using it for 5 years now since it was suggested by my physician.
For those of you who like to try this, Read the directions carefully. It is not recommended for pregnant khawatein. There are some important indications as well.
If you live in North America and have costco membership then it would be much cheaper to buy from there…
'Dandruff' is a lay man's term. It can mean anything from excessive dryness to an over active scalp (shedding more dead cells and turning them over each day in the form of white specs) to fungal conditions and inflammatory conditions etc etc etc.
Each type of 'dandruff' has a specific remedy and most common ones are controlled by Zinc containing shampoos.
The one you have mentioned Nizoro contains a powerful anti-fungal aside from some sooothing agents. I am glad it helped you.

Remember people... every time you buy a bottle of Head & Shoulders or Pantene, you contribute towards mAd_ScIeNtIsT's pay cheque... so keep up the good work!!!
Gadha Bhai, it depends on what kind of head and shoulders you got..coz there are numerous types of them..Selsun Blue is ok but i prefer ZP11 of revlon over it..
The worst one i always found was neutrogena t-gel series..when i used it..it used to make my hairs oily..yuck!

[Corporate Line]When you stop using anti-dandruff shampoo, reverting to cosmetic shampoos may lead to recurrence of the dandruff. For best results, keep using Head & Shoulders even once dandruff has gone to ensure that it does not return[/Corporate Line]
Coco sweetz can you get nizorol or whatever in Pakistan? Because I looked for it and I couldn't find it. Past few weeks I have been having some serious dandruff issues, I never had any in states but eversince I got here, a whole lot has been going wrong with my hair. Its drier than ever and dandruff has caused my to bleed because I keep scratching my head........247 GOSH! I think I should go to a doctor or something because, now I have like scabs from scratching. Or can I use something else that is available in pakiland?
I have used so many different shampoos but nothing worked. Finally, my hair-stylist (that's what she likes to be called), suggested Nexxus Dandurest. It really put dandruff in my hair to rest. Yippppppeeee.
BTW, a change of climate or diet also has a positive effect. I remember once during a visit to Pakistan, I used Lifebuoy for my hair and believe it or not, my dandruff went away and hair looked so healthy. So, I bought a dozen of LifeBOYS and brought 'em with me to Amreeka. Yaar, you won't believe it but that same lifebuoy really messed up my hair. This lady at work asked me if I had been playing volleyball on the beach. It looked so muddy naa. And stiff too. So I started using shampoos again. This was before Nexxus was revealed to me.
