Is it a good idea?
I am not 25 yet but I am dreading wrinkles or aging already…
Whats the verdict?

Re: Anti ageing after 25?
clinique make a new cream name new youth surge age deacrelating cream its really amazing ..its really amazing try it.
Re: Anti ageing after 25?
I'm sceptical if anti ageing creams and serums actually do anything to preserve the integrity of the skin but there are lots of other things you can do and the earlier you start the better.
As Mabrook said, sunscreen is really, really important.
A varied and balanced diet and taking a multivitamin. Regular exercise.
People with oilier skin are known to develop wrinkles less easily, so keeping skin moisturised is important. Along with this not using harsh chemicals on the skin. I always knew eye makeup remover was really harsh but the point was drilled home recently. Even though I was using one for sensitive skin (just hoping it was less harsh) I have recently more or less stopped. I use Olive Oil to remove it now most days and it doubles as keeping the skin around that area well moisturised.
Re: Anti ageing after 25?
Sounds like good advice...
I do know that they say that sunscreen is the best anti aging product out there...
I have dry skin and that what bothers me more since I know it gets wrinkles easily. Just yesterday, I saw a line under my eye which looked like a wrinkle and got me worried. :(
Re: Anti ageing after 25?
A lot of my friends are already using facial fillers cos they reckon they're starting to age in their mid-twenties but being honest none of them look better since they've been doing it.. Can't imagine having botox, restylane or anything else myself at least for another 8/10yrs, if ever (not keen on needles in general).. Haven't noticed any wrinkles but I do have oily-ish skin.. the odd one wouldn't bother me enough to start using anti-aging creams or get a treatment and besides the odd-line here or there is better than 'frozen' face or looking like Katie Price (who had such a pretty face before she started messing with it)..

Yoga is the best !
My mother has been doing yoga for a long long time and I can tell you she does not look 55. Also if you see yoga instructors they look younger than their age.
I too wanted to do yoga but I find it boring :(

really. I didn't know eye makeup remover was harsh . does olive oil work well then? I know some people use baby oil do u think tht is good too?
Re: Anti ageing after 25?
^Yea, it works reasonably well. Very well on liner and shadow. Mascara doesn't come off onto the pad but comes off really easily when you wash your face after. A little bit of mild soap gets the mascara crap+oil all off.
Baby oil is supposed to be dangerous for around the eyes. People have said it makes their eyes red and swollen and it accumulates beneath the skin.
Re: Anti ageing after 25?
ok cheers will try tht out next time
Re: Anti ageing after 25?
sun screen and sun block - that's all you need
Re: Anti ageing after 25?
i don't think anti-aging is for older women anymore. young girls in their early twenties use vit C n A these days. the purpose should b to keep ur skin healthy, hydrated and well protected. the earlier u start it its better.
