Sorry Sir Islam is a deen that means it covers all aspects of life from politics to economy and your complete social life and so called personal life Islam is not a private matter and never will be and Muslims cannot convert to other Deen or she will be called murtid

My naani ki maan was Jewish, but converted to Christianity, but according to Jewish law, if your mother is Jewish then you are Jewish, regardless of whether you are raised Jewish or not. So that makes me Jewish. My Pakistani husband was a Syed. So if we'd had kids, they would 've been Jewish Syeds... or Syed Jews... ;)
But we didn't, because that Syed Muslim husband cheated on me aur main ne us ko kaha "Dafa karo!"

there is no jabar in islam. Her islam is her responsibility and your islam is your responsibility.
In a civilized society everyone has right to do what they want and say what they want.
you are free to call her a murtid while she is free to marry a jew and call her a muslim or convert and marry a jew.
you can disagree with her but you cannot impose your will on her.

free will is what drives humans and humanity.
no body likes religious laws forced on them . a lot of people die to go to west for money and a whole lot want to go there for the freedom of choice they get over there.
clearly freewill ,freedom of choice and personal life takes over the concepts you want to glorify so much. otherwise you would have seen reverse migration.
