you make islam sound like some draconian law.
there is no jabar in islam. Her islam is her responsibility and your islam is your responsibility.
In a civilized society everyone has right to do what they want and say what they want.
you are free to call her a murtid while she is free to marry a jew and call her a muslim or convert and marry a jew.
you can disagree with her but you cannot impose your will on her.
