After getting totally fed up with bootleggers and overly expensive booze , I have decided to make homemade wine. In season we get allot of grapes and apples from relatives who live in swat.
IMHO Best utilization of these fruits would be in the form of wine/cider. I did a search on the web but nothing useful.
Any1 who has any kind of info on non-commercial wine making or has cider making experience; Please share.
