Another word for fat

Moving away from colour, race, nationality, identity etc…
Here’s a post that will enlighten you next time your out on the town for a bite to eat.
A lot of restaurant dishes sound healthy enough until they arrive thick with batter or coated with a creamy sause.
The list shows how to spot fat hidden on the menu:

  • Tempura: Japansese deep fried fish
  • Crumbled or Breaded: It means crumbled and fried
  • Croquette: Can be fried or baked so ask.
  • En Croute: In a pastry crust
  • Crispy: Fried
  • Au Beurre: Cooked with butter
  • Mornay: Sauce made with butter or cheese.
  • Au Gratin: Sauce made with cheese
  • Cooked in coconut milk: Coconut milk is high saturated fat.

COMING SOON: From next week I’ll be posting a tip everyday on how to start losing those pounds, for those who want to lose them! (not sterling £ - fat pounds)
So keep watching the General section!

Luv ya all
