cut way back on on the desi ghee to where you’re putting close to none of it in your dishes. olive oil is a lot more healthy

if you’re breast feeding i’ve heard that breast feeding actually helps in weight loss…right? somebody that knows please tell me if i’m correct in my assumption

just some simple things, like instead of rice eat roti and cut out all the junk food like cookies, cake, chips and try to substitute them for snacks that are tasty but less fattening.

i am not sure after how many weeks it’s safe for you to do tummy exercises and workouts but simple walking on the treadmill for 30 mins should start you out

look up the smoothie that carolina kurkova drank when she was trying lose weight. I made it as well and it really helped me, the recipe i put up is in one of the threads nadz123 had started when she had opened a thread with the same topic
