look she never asked kids to give any specific name, Muhammad, Hassan, Ali, Usman are names used by common people. And since those kids are not introduced to other names then muslim names and even in muslim the mostly popular ones then how can you expect them name a teddy bear something else then a muslim name.
Everywhere kids give names to their favorite toys and the names they give majority of the time depends on what culture or what part of the world they are living in, their culture, etc.
