LOl, I am sure that you know that she is not in jail because of being a terrorist, but because of snatching the gun of a federal officer and opening the fire on other officers with that gun, when under interrogation.

I am not saying that its true or not. I am just saying that USA would have every reason to believe (or to propagate) that she is a threat - and I was replying to this part
