Another Sachin Milestone :-)

*Another Sachin Tendulkar milestone in the World Cup. With his **sixth Man of the Match **award in the World Cup against Zimbabwe, he has surpassed Viv Richards and Graham Gooch. Both of these former greats had five MoM awards to their credit. Brian Lara and Lance Klusener with four MoM awards are behind him among the current cricketers. *

Thats great :k:

Asif, aap ko buhat buhat Mubarak ho.

Fungus yaar - Mubarakbaad bi nahin deni aati ?? ;)

Great job, what a great milestone. :k:
It just goes to show you how much the Indian team is dependent on one person.

sachin..

At the same time it also shows how much this guy is dominating the world of Cricket..

he iz gr8 cricketer:k:

great cricketer ko 1st of march ko pata chalay ga:p....

well he might be on opponents side but no doubt hes a gr8 batsmen...
whenever hes dominating with his bat its so nice to see him play.
well on ist wasim and shoaib vs Tendulker kaa buhat mazaa aae gaa:)
lets hope we have a good match.(no rain)

great batsman! right at the top along with the likes of Viv Richards and Bradman! :k:

Another record for Sachin - highest runs in World cup 571 in 8 matches broke his own record of 523 in 7 games in 1996.

He's in a different class to anybody else out there today, that's for sure.

He will be a great batsman if he scores a century against the Aussies in this WC, for me that is.

No doubt a great player.

IMO, he is a GREAT batsman. No 'ifs' and 'buts'. India is lucky to have him their fold.

Faisal, I know that.

I just try to mess with Asif. He is so adament in getting Sachin approval from his friends across the border. :D

Fungus - Your jealousy is well known here by now. So no need to pretend that you were just trying to mess with me. I am glad that the IF against Pakistan isn’t valid anymore. How about putting some more ‘IFs’ to your statement like -

  • Sachin is great only IF he scores a Century against the Australians IF Australia bats first and IF Mcgrath, Gillespie and Lee are playing and IF Australia scores over 280 runs and IF India is at least 4 wickets down and IF Sachin has not been dropped and IF Umpire didn’t favour him by denying an LBW IF Sachin can carry his bat and IF blah blah blah . * :hehe:

Then only Funguy will consider Sachin a great batsman. Otherwise he is just ordinary.

Kind of reminds me of another statement of Imran Khan made the other day when he said Vivian Richards was the best batsman , Sachin definately comes into the category of Majid khan, Zaheer Abbas etc… :hehe:

Btw - My friends from accross the border already know and accept the greateness of Sachin Tendulkar as a batsman.

Thats Imran Khan for you! He has his own opinion, just like everyone else. And he is free to express it as well.

Some reality check for you.
Nobody has scored more centuries against AUS than Sachin.
I dont care even if he is out on 0 against AUS.

He is an absolute joy to watch. Ah, what command :k:

Aaj lankans ki nayya dubba di..beech samandar main! :stuck_out_tongue:
