This time an M.N.C executive who hired a cab,after her party,was raped by the cab driver.After molesting her chastity,she was threatened by the cabwala ,threatening to kill her if she reported it to police.But she lodged a complaint and the cabwala went hiding.He has been arrested now and a case has been filed.
He worked for a multinational cab service(I do not want to mention the name of the cab service).
Two years ago,in the same month December Nirbhaya was violently raped and killed in a Delhi government bus.
It is not because of the incident alone.The cab company had not conducted the employee background checks,which is mandatory.So there is a process violation in the first place.
This cab driver had earlier been sentenced to jail in a similar case.
Now another news is that,another lady was treated improperly by the same cab driver on 26th of November.

Now we know why no one on the bus helped them. The guy asked them to vacate a seat for a woman who needed a seat and whose seat it actually was. in return they started hitting the boy with a belt.
Eye witnesses told this version of events. Apparently they have history of hitting boys and getting money by blackmail. Girls like them do nothing to help females who have genuinely been harassed and raped. Now this will make it harder for the general public to believe genuine cases.
