Nads daughter was already having trouble socializing... on top of that another kid slapped her. Plus she moved here from another country. When I moved to the U.S. I was bullied and I wish the school had notified my parents. I told once but nothing really got done to fix it. My mom talked to the teacher, who spoke to the kid but the bullying only got worse. That's why I would rather get calls or even a small note about minor things than to miss any warning signs. Nads daughter did the right thing by informing the teacher and her mom but if nothing is done about it, she might not tell again.
