Seems to be case, wait till Taliban group claims the responsibility....CJ was active and had objection on many things including Rangers involvement in many businesses and passed a harsh remarks when court learned about Rangers involvement in Petrol pump business....

Lets hope it wont take half a decade to find his son...we saw two cases where it took real long before the kidnapped came back ( not recovered)...

Sind govt is the worst of all. Forget protection, its not going to do any due diligence in recovery either. Actually if some neutral source investigates they may find any faction of the govt involved in.

Unfortunately that has always been the case in any PPP govt since 90s atleast.

There was interesting program by Shazeb khanzada about fake no. plates. Interestingly almost 50 % of Sindh govt vehicles are not registered. ( ~ 15 000 vehicles )

Many relatives of Police officers using same no. plate of the police...

after an operation/encounter with the kidnappers/terrorists in which 3 terrorists got killed, Owais Shah, the son of Sindh Chief Justice, has been recovered safely from TaNk, according to DG-ISPR...

...COAS has telephoned the Chief Justice of Sindh to inform him of the good news. he'll be reunited with the family today.

looks like Saiyal's arrest provided a lead.

اسلام آباد: پاک فوج کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ یعنی انٹر سروسز پبلک ریلشنز (آئی ایس پی آر) کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل (ڈی جی) لیفٹیننٹ جنرل عاصم باجوہ کا کہنا ہے کہ اویس شاہ کی بازیابی میں انٹیلی جنس ایجنسی آئی ایس آئی لیڈ کر رہی تھی جبکہ ایف سی اور سیکیورٹی فورسز بھی اس آپریشن میں شریک تھیں۔
اویس شاہ کی بازیابی کے بعد میڈیا بریفنگ دیتے ہوئے ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر کا کہنا تھا کہ سیکیورٹی فورسز کو نیلے رنگ کی ایک گاڑی نظر آئی، پہلے سپاہی نے اسے روکا تو ڈرائیور نے گاڑی کو دوسری سڑک پر چڑھانے کی کوشش کی، جس پر سیکیورٹی اہلکار نے فائرنگ کی اور ڈرائیور ہلاک ہوگیا، 2 دہشت گر پچھلے دروازے سے نکلے اور انھوں نے فائرنگ کرتے ہوئے بھاگنے کی کوشش کی، جنھیں موقع پرہلاک کردیا گیا۔
انھوں نے مزید بتایا کہ دوسری پارٹی نے گاڑی کی تلاشی لی تو برقعے میں ایک خاتون نظر آئیں، جب ان سے پوچھا گیا کہ اپنی شناخت بتائیں، تو کوئی آواز نہیں آئی، جب نقاب اٹھایا گیا تو وہاں موجود نوجوان کے منہ پر ٹیپ لگا ہوا تھا اور ہاتھ بندھے ہوئے تھے اور پاؤں میں بھی زنجیر تھی۔
جب چین ہٹائی گئی تو نوجوان نے بتایا کہ میں چیف جسٹس سندھ ہائی کورٹ کا بیٹا اویس شاہ ہوں، جنھیں پھر قریبی چیک پوسٹ پر لے جایا گیا اور پھر چین کو کاٹا گیا۔
جس کے بعد اویس شاہ کو ٹانک سے خصوصی طیارے کے ذریعے کراچی کے جایا گیا۔
