Where the Generals only trust each other, and see the citizens as incompetent. It is almost like a high; wherein, the subject feels that he/she is the newage role model and thus creating a narcissistic phenomenon of rules and regulations. Often those rules and regulations are modeled to his/her image, reflection how he/she sees the society ought to look as if it were a mirror. It's a monarchy under military rule with a civilian skin to make it seem deceptive.
