The Point again, is that the TRAINING of a general, is in leading soldiers, not commanding a commity. Whether he is retired or otherwise, there are far more eligible and qualified individuals out there whos credentials reflect such a profession, and are not retired generals… This is a method the Army uses to perpetuate its control over the civilian institutions.
Dont “rubbish” what people have to say, before actually thinking about what it is you are trying to say.. YOUR own bias forces you to shovel that same old cr@p over and over because thats all you have to shovel…
