LAHORE: Three explosions ripped through a market in RA Bazar area of South Cantt near a bus stand as crowds gathered for Friday prayers killing 20 people and killing 40, Geo News reported.
Rescue workers and paramedics rushed to the R A Bazaar, a densely populated area of the city. The area was crowded as the blasts occurred shortly before the main Friday prayers were to start.
Rescue teams and ambulances have been sent to the scene.
Security forces have cordoned off the area and traffic was blocked. Media was not allowed to go near the crime scene.
The blasts came four days after a suicide car bomber destroyed offices used to interrogate suspected militants in an upmarket district of Lahore.

Re: Another blast in Lahore, 45 killed 100 injured..
I can't even imagine the psychological damage being done on the survivors living in Lahore. Living a life of fear is no way to live, but these psychos are leaving ordinary citizens with no other way. :(
no Muslim would blow up his fellow brothers on Friday.
What is happening to my country?
my condolences on the loss of innocent lives but you have answered your own question. What happened to your country is the wanton refusal to believe that "this cannot be the work of Muslims" in spite of repeated and solid evidence in every case of bombing.
You have to start realizing that Muslim terrorists are no different from any other terrorists - they are terrorists. They believe Islam wants them to do what they are doing. They justify it by their version of Islam.
