Another Arab country in trouble for killing the leader next door

Syria must cooperate with UN on Hariri killing. We don’t want to see another invasion.

Mideast leaders fear another Iraq in Syria: Annan UNITED NATIONS, Nov 21 (Reuters) Middle East leaders want Syria to cooperate with a U.N. inquiry into the killing of a former Lebanese leader but fear a U.N. confrontation with Damascus could lead to “another Iraq,” Secretary-General Kofi Annan said on Monday. During a recent tour of the region, every capital Annan visited wanted to see Syria convinced to cooperate through diplomatic means rather than via a change in regime or military action as occurred in neighboring Iraq, Annan told reporters.(Posted @ 10:00 PST)

lol.. another 'bakri' getting ready for sacrifice.
hail to those *******s who call themseleves the 'leaders' of arab nations.
UN asking a country to co-operate for the investigation of killing of a former leader.
I guess UN should get a 'theka' for getting such killings resolved.
but i guess nobody wants to investigate wat happened in bosnia, chechenya, somalia, kashmir, thailand, ......

its funny though

Re: Another Arab country in trouble for killing the leader next door

Dear Boota, things may not have been very quick in the trouble spots listed in your post.

However UN and US have gone after the thugs in some of these areas. For example the top brass in Bosnia war are either behind bars or being hunted down. Your friend Melosovic is being tried for war crimes as we speak.

Let’s give credit where it is due.

Best regards

Yeah I would like to see that too. US invades Syria because of the murder of one man. How pathetic!

thats wat my point was ... Its just the same old story of 'might is right' that we used to read in our junior class..
the wolf looking for a reason to eat the little lamb.

Re: Another Arab country in trouble for killing the leader next door

Dear Boota, I wish the world was as simple as your poems about Marry and the little lamb.

However Syria’s possible involvement in Hariri killing was just one more step towards destabilizing Lebanon. And that my friend is a big no no. Sad-Damn sealed his fate when he invaded Kuwait. For a top power in the world, any 3rd world country that spreads instability becomes the focus regardless of the religion or oil. Cuba has no oil, and Yugoslavia had none either. But the two countries have remained the “focus” of top power. Milosevic is already bind bars, and Fidel may go as well. Luckily for Castro, he didn’t do a big one after Cuban missile crisis, otherwise he would have been “castrated” long time ago.

You may use the good ole words from your dictionary at your will, but please do not advocate spreading instability. As soon as you do, the GIs will be at your door step.

Best regards
