ISLAMABAD: Lal Masjid Naib Khateeb Abdur Rashid Ghazi’s wife gave birth to a boy on the same day and at the same time he died.
Sources close to Maulana Abdur Rashid Ghazi told that he had sent his wife being indisposed to her brother’s house a few days before the Lal Masjid operation, where she had given birth to a boy on Tuesday July 10 at the same time, same day, when Abdur Rashid Ghazi died during security forces operation in Lal Masjid and Jamia Hafsa.
The mother of the newly born boy has also named him Abdur Rashid Ghazi. Sources told that Maulana Abdur Rashid Ghazi’s wife could not even see her husband’s face before burial due her being in the maternity situation.
tee hee..thats wonderful news considering no one knows the exact timing of Ghazi ghaheed rehmat ullah etc etc’s “martyrdom”. Add to it Geo’s track record of exaggeration and story invention, and u have a spicy headline. Interesting would’ve been to actually see a mention of the “exact time” :cb:
May allah bless this little soul with knowledge of light but i highly doubt it since his mother will fill his heart with pure hate for his country.... i wonder what his mom going to teach him...... son be a traitor and screw your own country just like your father did ...and dont hesitate to get your own countrymen killed for the sake of your own so called martyrdom.... and sure allah will praise your act.... cuz your father said so....
Yeah. I hope he has a fruitful life, and I hope he walks on the right path. He may have his father's knowledge, vision and passion, but I hope for the right things.
a child does not become responsible for any of his forefather's misdeeds.
I hope and pray that this child has a fruitful life and can attempt to bring about the right change in the right way.
maybe, maybe not. and a person always has the ability to be who they want to be.
I agree that the likelihood is more than from an early age he will be groomed as a replacement for his dad, and the probability that he will break out of those expectations and indoctrination is loe. But it exists.
and if he chooses to follow teh route of his father. Then there are also many soldiers in our military whose sons and daughters will be following in their parents footsteps and would sort out ghazi2.0 as well.
May Allah swt make him a good Muslim and may he be able to 'undo' some of damage his father did to the nation and country.
Captain sahib, It is about time to accept our mistakes rather than saying these generic terms like "Allah swt do this or do that".
Allah swt has already laid out the conditions to be good human being vs. otherwise. Take you pick and you will get the corresponding result. Allah swt doesn't come down on earth every time some kid is born in a terrorist's (or otherwise) house.
Mullahs have declared war on the state of Pakistan and we are in for a long time.
Allah swt will not stop a terrorist or suicide bomber from committing his heinous act. People do!
I suspect this kid will be raised in tribal traditions, and he will grow beard, and start a suicidal campaign. If however we take him out of tribal culture, put him in Karachi Grammar School, and keep an eye on him, he may grow up to be a normal law abiding citizen. In either way, we the people will determine how will be as an adult.
