Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm assuming anullment would be where you have had your nikhah, but not rukhsati.
Not sure how you would do it, its basically a form of talaak I think, as you have had your nikah.
In that case you would need to get a maulvi to do it.

I've heard about Annulment. According to Annulment rules and regulations in Canada, you have to prove that the marriage was based on fraud or other means of proof which shows that the marriage is not a really good idea to go ahead with even after nikkah or legal marriage. Also in Canada you must prove that you have not consumated. In those terms the marriage could be cancelled. I beleive annulment is another way of cancelling or finishing a marriage after being legally married. I'm sure you must provide proof and other means to go ahead with this process. As far as I know these are the things i've heard about in regards to anulling a marriage in Canada. I'm not to sure about the laws in Pakistan. I'm sure if you contact a lawyer or higher official in Pakistan they must be able to guide you in the right direction.
