Bosses when they give out raises want to justify the increase in pay with increase in productivity............Kapeesh..:)

kaleem .. like me..always gets fired before the year is up so he does not know what annual performance reviews are.

so the VP asks me to do a self assessment against my goals and I tell him that is the toughest thing, because if one is too humble and modest then you dont realy see the accomplishments, but then also you dont want to write it in such a way that the senior looks at it and says, who is this person i want to hire this person, or..are we living in the same realm of reality.
