In old PTV dramas, mostly there is a scene that some body ask for tea, the whole scene finished but the tea does not comes.

The way they show really long recaps at the begining.
The way they use english words they will be talking and all of a sudden this english word comes up lol
The way they show the title song halfway through the episode.
The way they show end credits after the break. I mean what is the point of taking a commerial break then coming back with the credits.
The preview at the end for next episode is TOO long and gives most of the next episode away
