Its my Nands Anniversary, need gift idea’s.
their 1st anniversary after my shaadi. Not sure what to give, It’s easy in pak to gift unstitched suits. What can i give here, USA?

A nice card and maybe just throw em a small dinner party with yummy cake. They will prob appreciate that you thought of them. I'm not sure on desi gift etiquette rules...
I hate gift shopping...never know what to get anyone and no one really like gifts esp a lot of spoiled people...hmmm I may be venting. sry

I love giving those to couples on their anniversaries...
but if they are too desified then it would be better if you stick with a dawaat or something

depends on how much you want to spend. A gift certificate to a restaurant you know they wont try on their own, or like someone said a couples massage gift card, or even a weekend away at a bed and breakfast!
Once I bought a really nice Vera Wang picture frame, and the couple really liked it (it was modern but elegant). I also like the dawat idea, it has a personal touch to it!
