celebrate, not as much but yes value them ..they happy moments.
For 5 years my birthday was during exams or I was away on an internship so I got away from celebrating it.

Yeahh celebrating in the sense that we have cake, be around family and maybe go for a meal and a movie with mates. But not like a crazy party or anything lol.

Birthdays...we just bring cake at home..have close family get together. Sometimes just go for dinner as a family. We do however give each other gifts.

Why wouldn't I celebrate the glorious day I was brought into this world?
Of course "celebrating" for me is getting gifts from others, eating cake, savagely dancing around to my favorite music, doing satanic rituals with friends.......good times.
