It’s unfortunate but a lot of weddings these days have the bride & groom dance after cutting the 3 tier cake. Yes we want to adopt everything entertaining from the Western culture 
What I didn’t get was Saba Hameed’s weird dance moves. It seemed like she was high!! Her dance moves were very ewwww

some people might want to prove 'maadern' adopting what is not a part of our culture but is it necessary to show where we are heading to in the dramas ?

Sorry for reviving an old thread but I did not want to open another one since I have just seen this drama now. Baraat series are always entertaining and this one wasnot an exception. I was completely hooked to the drama thus i finished it in two/three sittings. Bushra ansari deserves an award. her portrayal of saima chaudry is too good and has been like that from first series. Her good acting surely overshadowed those bits where i felt there was a bit of over acting by her in some places (including other baraat series). but overall she is just too good. she is the usp of this drama. the storyline is not something that we have not seen before in films or dramas but its the overall ambience which hooks you to it (well at least that is the case with me). every one acted well according to their character apart from sukhi and laila (they are good but sometimes a bit too much when they stretch their dialogues). I liked ayesha omer and hassan niazi as azar and sila...ahsan and alishba did not appeal that much in the beginning but they gradually became good in their characters. naveen was good too. i like the way she speaks and she looked cute. shahzad sheikh was okiesh. the biggest disappointment was hina dilpazir (along with vasay--well vasay was kinda little tiny bit funny in some places) but hina as furry d was not at all. she failed to create that comic presence the way bushra did. her portrayal of UK accent was too much. it just looked too forced and a bit too unclear and her actions and expressions were of momo. I was really disappointed in her character since she has a very good comic timing so i was expecting loads. In fact both the characters were so unappealing that i felt the drama did not need to have the presence of furry d and bobby d. Overall baraat series are something which i would keep as a dvd or would download.
LOL saba hameed should never dance (at least free style). she looks like she is on drugs or looks like a little bachi dancing. just looks weird.
the lady who played sadaf (behroze wife)...is not that zara tareen (hira tareen's sister--meaning takay's sis in law). she is soo recognisable as hiras sister...she looks like her also its mostly her way of talking which is very similar to hiras.
can one tell me what happened to rabias and faraz's child in dolly baraat series (just cant seem to remember).

She lost the child after a car accident. I miss watching this series, hope they make another one soon but from the looks of it there are no such plans.
