They all sound pretty similiar, don’t they? So it seems all these are words are variant translation of the original term Angles or Anglo*.*
The word Angraiz is a proper, technical term to describe members of Anglo-Saxon race, whereas the word *Firangi *is a derogatory term used for foreigners.
