Well dont worry... isnt it anonymous? I mean when it comes to situations such as these, they cant release your information to anyone, or it becomes a legal issue.
I'm sure a lot of other people you work with have issues.... remember your health comes first.. and im sure you will be very proud of yourself if you take care of this issue.... let me know if you need any help or advice.
