As anyone here taken/had the need for this form of therapy/counselling, have some knowledge they can pass on?

to answer your question....no i never had the need although I myself was a peer mediator in high school :D

My son was sent for anger management class by his teacher when he was in 4th grade. He calmed down a lot after that. I do not know what happens in an anger management class.

one that i know is drink water when u get angry
and read “Aozubillahi mina shaitan i rajeem”
do ablution.
Also change the state of how u are sitting or standing or move out of the place for a while.These have been told by Prophet P.B.U.H but i have never tried myself:cb:
