Satan and Ibless is not the same thing.
If someone can quote all the verses concerning Ibless and Satan, one can easily notice that whenever the incident of 'not bowing down' is mentioned, Ibless is the culprit, not Satan. Satan is the creature (from man, jinn or else) who corrupted Hazrat Adam (as) to eat the forbidden tree, not Iblees.
I don't think they can be used interchangeably.
