I believe thats absolutely fine to kiss your borther or sister or mother or father. And it is custom in many cultures.
It is normal for you in west to see unrelated teenager kissing in schools and all other public areas but you would raise eyebrows if you know they are related. Why ?

I don't think it is 'custom' in ANY' culture to 'french kiss' yous sibling.

Kissing is an action, which is a sign of affection. Just like holding hand or hugging. Mostly it is performed while greeting, joy, success and love. There are various form and types of kissing ; for instance Arabic style, french, chinese.
On the other hand intercourse is completely different ball game. It is done for pleasure, excercise, relaxation, mutation, and breeding. There are various styles of intercouse in various cultures. A complete guideline and explaination of 89 postures and style is available in holy scripture named Kama Sutra.
Some naive people like myself few years back and Aishwariya Rai in her movie HDDS believed that kissing is a part of intercourse. Thankfully, science and media in 21 century revealed that it is a myth.
Hugging and Kissing siblings and close relatives is part of my culture. It projects affection and closeness. My culture is family oriented.
I firmly stand by my culture.
Hugging and kissing performed by unrelated people is not part of my culture. It is part of some other cultures
I do not hold any grudge. I respect cultures.

but wasn’t she a really confused teenager, she was a real rebel and she hated her father at that time so maybe it was done to piss him off.
that is not french kissing, it’s just a sister brother kiss, goras kiss their family members on the lips.

Here is a video where well known media person in Pakistan, who was invited in a valentine day live show by another well known tv host in pakistan. The guy didn’t kiss the un-related well known celebrity but hugged and kissed the host.

The guy should have kissed and hugged the other guest celebrity according two Western standards
But according to south eastern standards he did perfectly right.

IceSoul- This style of kissing a norm in western citiies. You must have seen people doing it at every corner of shoping mall, cafe, library, schools and parties. It is ok for them. because they have grown up seeing all this around them. So they consider it normal. When they are adult then how can you draw a line ? Kissing that person is ok but kissing that person is not ok ? 
Lip-locked kissing is not a norm in all cultures. So people in different regions kiss according to their culture. For instance the way Arab men kiss other men ( including brothers, father, son) while greeting it is cultural custom specific to them and when they are acting along these line we should understand the grounds. Angelina Jolie belongs to west. She will act according her culture annd norms. Now if Arab folks dont differentiate in thier kissing style for un-related and related people then why is wrong for Angelina doing the same ??
