Actually the present day university under the influence of IJT thugs, it is hard to find public display of intimacy. Their influence is phasing out rapidly.Once I was in a posh college around jumma time i was going downstairs , heard the sounds and they were breifly interupted but resumed their corporal indulgence, once i was out of their sight. 
I believe this public place sensibility is still practiced in even the westernized schools and colleges around pakisan. Although they do all the stuff and more but discretely.

i remember my first day in high school here, entered the main lobby and found a couple doing almost softcore, then another, and then another lol. and very first week they caught a couple doing "everything" in the washroom after school lol.
