Sometimes you feel angelic like such a charitable person and want to give up everything. But sometimes, you become this materialistic greedy person and want to buy everything and start acting like an opportunistic selfish person?
Does it happen to you guys?

Hmmm I think its human nature, we all have wants and needs and wants. Wait I said wants twice...
I think its about keeping a balance, I think if we read more (not only religious scripture but other interesting works, to broadens ones horizon) and were more religiously inclined in our daily routine, and uphold the good values our parents taught us, we will InshAllah maintain a healthy balance.
