There is an icon on Android phone in the taskbar with the two conversation box lay on top of each other. I want to know what app does this icon belongto? Any android users around? I cant seem to attach a pic since I am using my mobile.

It might be Skype. When I get sms on Skype, the notification shows up in the shape of the icon you described. Check to see if your phone has skype installed, and launch the skype app to see if you have unread messages.

It could be someone messaging you on Google Hangouts. Like when you have your Gmail web client open people can message you live. And those messages appear on Google Hangouts.
