Shab, it is 'rahay' with different spelling "rahai" :) it is NOT 'rahi'...
Masoom Muskaan: If I will sign again on this site later, I will let you know the meaning of those words... If I can't make it, I am sure your Shab baaji or Nikammi baaji can help you in finding the meanings...
Re: – AndheraY raastoN maiN, Jugnu milaY thaY yooN –
Masoom Muskaan… here you go…
**Pekar **= clothing or soorat
**dard-e-jafaa **= pain of dishonesty/cheating
**baai’s-e-himmat **= reason for the courage
**Sar-e-manzil **= While reaching to the destination
**raftagaan **= passing time, passed away people
**angusht-e-ba’dandaaN **= in state of shock/surprise … angusht means finger… so like you put your finger in your mouth when you are shocked … I think I mistyped ba’dandaaN incorrectly in original post… please correct the spelling…
**gaam **= step .. qadam
**saraab **= I remember telling you the meaning of it in another thread:hoonh: it means Mirage
**rutba-e-mustahiq **= Deserving status
**min-jaanib **= From
**sa’d **= it literally means “hundred” like sa’d feesad meanins 100 percent.. sa’d shukr means hundred times shukr .. it’s just an expression for showing unlimited shuk’r here…
A’lam-e-ruswaai = A’lam means FLAG (mostly carried out by the army in a battle) in literal meaning… A’lam-e-ruswaai just means abundance of insult and mocking
